Order processing and payment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information; we may request proof of identity when needed to confirm an order. Taxes applicable to the sale and to shipping are collected in accordance with law. Contact us prior to ordering if you require tax-exempt handling for a qualifying organization.
Shipping and delivery
Estimated shipping transit times are published on our Shipping & Delivery page. Items may ship from different locations and can arrive separately. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order leaves our facility.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted under the conditions shown on our Refund & Returns Policy page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated. Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item and will be processed within seven (7) days of acceptance. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
